"Last Stand" The storm breaks wild; I raise my blade, The darkened skies will not dissuade. My blood runs hot, my heartbeat drums, Until the call of death has come. Through smoke and ash, I claim my ground, Each clash of steel a sacred sound. The ravens circle, twilight looms, But fear has no place in my tomb. Oh, shadowed wings upon the sky, I see your face as I defy. Take my soul, my oath is sworn, To fight till gods the world reborn. The earth is scarred beneath my feet, Yet still I rise, I won’t retreat. Each wound a badge of honor earned, My flame will burn until it's turned. The gods may watch, but I shall stand, With bloodied sword in broken hand. My vow, unyielding, forged in fire, My spirit soars though flesh expire.
