I don't know if you say this because it plays after sending a calling card or something since I didn't play P5X, but going by just the sound of the song and it's name, it reminds me more of Last Surprise than Life Will Change.

@@Dynastone Dancing in Starlight, Dancing in Moonlight, the milking of Persona 4 before Persona 5 came around, the milking of Persona 5 since then The first two are outright bad, and the latter two make its original games feel less impactful

The Black Wings subsidiary worked on the composition for this game (apart from the opening track), but Jasmine Webb was contracted from Atlus to write lyrics for every english track
