I'm from Mallorca and we actually called these green shutters: "persianas mallorquinas" that will translate as: Mallorcan shutters, as they are more seen in Balearic islands, but I would say that you can find these type of shutters along the Mediterranean: Italy, Greece, seaside areas in Spain, etc.
