Highly recommend getting up (and going to bed) around the same time everyday! Depending on your chrono type the optimal time for waking and going to bed is different for everyone, but if you feel your best, clear and awake you are probably right for waking around 6am! + If you are early bird you will also feek your best exercising in the morning, so that explains it :-)
