Summary:
Got to head out with @AffordableWahoo (Check out his channel) and Danny on the west side of the Big Island to cap off 2023! Despite a late start, some rudder issues, and water ingress, it turned out to be an action-packed day! Always happy to hit the water with the Big Island kayak boys, thanks for letting me tag along. Sadly there were a lot of misses too, but hey, that's fishing right?!

Damashi: Homemade using line between 12-16lb, typically J-Flouro Samurai. I typically tie my own flies. When using lures, I like Tylah lures or CHL Nox Minnows, both I set up with gold hooks and a red bead which I find to be very effective and highly recommend them.
