Invest in mutual fund goal based. Don't go what funds others are investing in. Because decision of mutual fund depends on Time horizon of goals, risk factor, age etc. If no two persons are same. Then why mutual funds. So analyze and take experts advise and keep reviwing it frequently. Which brings good corpus

I understood your point but I think maintaining your level is also a very big deal. For eg we have big actors like Amitabh bacchan and definitely Abhishek bacchan would have received great leverage in the acting career but was he able to maintain that level ? NO.
