I'm not exactly sure if the Valeo grips are supposed to be like Versa Grips, but if they are the grip part is supposed to wrap around the bar like a lifting strap not necessarily as a cushion in between the bar at least for pulling movements. For pressing movements you could use it as padding for the bar/dumbbell knurling. I'm explaining this poorly :( Did not know TJ's bags were going viral! Edit: Happy Belated Birthday!

I feel recycling is very important to reduce the amount of material going to disposal sites. America is not even close to how Korea does it. We put it all in one big bin and depending on the location certain plastics are not even allowed! Here in Brazil I put anything recycling in one container. What happens after that who knows! You would also not get people in America to separate recycling and break down boxes like that. Big city maybe but not in the suburbs or rural areas.

Love this vlog! It's great being taken along in the transports, shops and venues to see a bit more of Korea. I can't imagine drinking like you guys lol I feel sick after 3 glasses of white wine. Any alcohol is poison, so I never drink anymore, it's just not worth feeling like shit after. You can have fun without drinking.
