most of it is just common sense, many things she mentioned foreigners do, but it doesn't mean that it is accepted in our country tho. People are just being rude and disrespectful. I say that for the shoes, catcalling, skating like crazy in the streets with ordinary trafic, crossing the streets on red light even if there is no car ( also that is a very important point , late at night or too early in the morning people tend to avoid being alone for long in the streets sometimes it may be dangerous too ), also there is common sense I always wait on traffic light to turn green but sometimes you are late for plans or you need to rush to work to clock in, so you not gonna wait when it is "safe" to go.
