Love watching the videos I have a question about my lawyer my case has been going on for a year 9 months now coming up in June 10th it'll be 2 years exactly me and my family got rear-ended while we were stopped and all of us receive treatment and I am still currently treating and after treating for about a little over a year my lawyer said they had enough to start collecting records and medical bills and before he started collecting medical bills he went ahead and filed the lawsuit because how long it was taken to treat and it got close to a year so he had to go ahead and file the lawsuit and then he gathered all the records and medical bills and sent all of it over with a demand letter with a deadline for 30 days to respond to it so the other side didn't respond to the demand letter within the 30 day they responded 3 months later and ask for more time and then my lawyer must have gave them three more months and then my lawyer called back and said they'd talk to his lawyer and counsel and ask for more time and I guess my lawyer gave them three more months and half the time they ignore my lawyer my lawyer has a really hard time getting ahold of his lawyer or counselor so my question is is it normal for my lawyer to keep giving the other side so much time and it seems like every time my lawyer calls me it's always the same thing they always say that the other sides wanting more time and I would say since the other side's received everything they've had about 9 months to look over everything

Well it’s your lawyers choice to agree to give them more time. Maybe tell him one extension and that’s it.

Okay thanks for the advice I truly do love watching your videos and learning the knowledge that you put out and I love how you break it down to where a regular person can understand their rights when they've been injured I can tell that you put all of your heart into help injured people to get what they deserve and thanks you for the info and you are my favorite lawyer to watch on KZbin I watched other lawyer videos but yours are way better and the way you explain things are way better I'm looking forward to more videos coming out
