when you are a hardcore chili pepper fan and have doubts about the "new guy on the block" like i did, and then you watch a full concert on youtube and see what the "new guy on the block " can do, you owe him an apology. Josh, i had my doubts about you...and i am sorry, you are a very talented musician and you took on a big challenge, because all of the fans expect you to be john frusciante, you will never replace him im sorry, but you are josh klinghoffer, guitarist of the red hot chili peppers!

I gotta say this version is close behind the Slane one. Nothing can beat that of course but Josh kinda surprised me in this one. He ain't better than John, and he will never be that, but he's a damn good guitarist and vocalist if you ask me. I really don't get all the hatred towards him, John just chose to leave, nothing you can do about it.

Bloody hell, Josh DOESN´T WANT TO and ISN´T SUPPOSED TO play it like John, he is not john, he is josh, and he does his job at his way. Also, This is the first tour of Josh with the Chili Peppers. Everyone is comparing Josh´s first Performances with John´s last Performances. Does this make any fucking sense??

I'm not saying that Josh is better than or even as good as John, he even probably knows that. But you have to admit, both of them seem to have the same playing style. (Besides, everyone knows Anthony, Flea and Chad are really the three that keep the Peppers going, so all this John and Josh stuff can stop) :)
