Hi Dwayne, Great question! You can try logging into the LastPass website itself which is what I had to do to authorize a new device. Unfortunately, it seems like this is all a little confusing, but I'm sure it's for good security.

This method did not work for me. I am 100% sure my login info is correct, and I have disabled that option, yet I still get the same message of looking for a verification email (I never even got one in the first place). Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the video! However, I can't log in using my master password that I know is correct. My computer crashed and I build a new one and apparently lastpass won't let me log in b/c it does not recognize my pc or newly installed browser. Any tips on how to get around this issue. Since I started researching sounds like there are more paying customers with the same issue but no resolution offer from LastPass. Thank you

This certainly sounds like a 2 factor authentication issue! Normally I would say log in on a device to change the setting temporarily, but if your device is unrecognized, of course you won't be allowed to log in. When you did try to log-in, did you see anything about a recovery email?

@@TechCrackedWeekly I do see the option to recover e-mail, but as soon as I click on the link they provide in the e-mail it tells me the link is invalid or this error "Your current browser didn’t save account recovery data on this computer. Please try account recovery again in each browser and on every computer with which you’ve used LastPass." can you imagine! Been going in circles. :( Thanks

dang same issue, any solutions after 3 months? I cleared my whole browsers catch files ect, I was able to relog again but now can't with email links ect ... how they do a thing like this :( @@Leba2006
