As a Raiders fan since 1967 ( Raiders lost to packers in Super Bowl), I, like many long time fans, have seen how great this organization once was one of the greatest sports organizations of all time.Every team respected the Raiders and it seemed that many teams feared playing them. The Raiders had the highest winning percentage in all of sports. Now this team is only a shell of what it once was. Al Davis for a great as he was, seemed to wane in his later years and lost some of that vision that made him one of the greatest football minds of All time. When Mark Davis took over this team, it lost its identity. So many coaching changes and instability. It has been difficult and disheartening to watch this organization become so irrelevant and difunctional. This once proud organization does not command any respect as it did for many years. Like all fans we hope that the new season will bring back the Raiders to relevance but I personally have had doubts and little optimism for so many years now . But this time I feel different , with Tom Brady there , I feel that the this team will become stable and relevant again. I hope this team returns to the greatness it once was. Go Raiders 2025!

Not throwing shade, Hondo. Just smells a little suspect. Of course the rest of the ownership is involved. The question is how much, or more importantly, who is bringing new ideas to the table? Nothing changed until Tom arrived. We still haven’t changed, but the process feels different. We will see if Tom has enough juice to create positive change in year one. Maybe Mark shouldn't be heavily involved...if he has been in the past he needs to stop, if he hasn't been in the past then he needs to at least try it, do the opposite of whatever he's been doing because he hasn't been working for a very long time....let the goat run the show
