To hide dark circles and dark spots we should apply concealer of one tone darker shade,after primer. then we apply our base foundation and after foundation we can choose one tone lighter shade of Concelear to high light our higher points like nose forehead, cheek.

Hello ma'am I think it totally depends on the skin. So Conclear should be applied first as it hides all the pigmentation, dark spots, acne marks and makes the skin even for the other level and also give a good coverage.

It depends! but before foundation concealer is most appropriate, however you conceal your face before applying blush. Both can be done and there are so many people who does like this, they will never remove whole makeup and then again concealer, concealer works as touch up too.

Hi Lataa Di, Concealer should be apply after foundation because if anyone have hyper pigmentation dark spots it should be covered with one tone dark and after applying loose powder it gives super complextion so the skin looks more younger...❤
