Vol'Jin makes it so you have an extra choice to make nearly every turn. Yeah, sometimes it is a braindead choice, but sometimes it is an interesting choice. More hero powers should be made where you make an extra choice every turn.

I'm trying to get all the "get 1st place with that hero" achievements that I am missing right now, and I gotta say, some of the older heroes feel soooo weak and/or clunky compared to the newer fun ones like Vol'Jin, Mutanus and Jandice

@@Knokkelman For sure. Comparing someone like Jaraxxus or deryl or millie to the newer heroes is like they basically don't have a hero power after early/mid-game. Like their hero power just completely doesn't matter later on and that sucks.

Hell I had a game the other day with him having an early game Garr and just swapped supp minions like rag and nomis stats with his and every minion by the end had too much health for them to dent and I surprisingly didn't have to deal with poisonous as much since murlocs and beasts weren't In at the time

I do think Vol'Jin needs an adjustment. Something to the lines of "1 Gold: Swap the stats of 2 minions, then give both +1/+1." Eliminates his ability to just build gross boards turn 1 and encourages some swapping among your own minions early, rather than just yanking the best stats from the shops and speedrunning the tiers.

If you didn't already have so much divine shield that read on the ghoul would have been insane, to guess that you would not only get a spore, but then not use hero power on it. Instead it ended up being you failing to read that having ghoul was already his best option lol

I am not fond of poison. it's boring and always a good choice. Would it be better if poison worked only on attack? Or perhaps just once per combat? I don't think it's overpowered in current state so these might be too harsh but for late-game mechanics I find it extremely plain. Then again it would break consistency with hearthstone proper, not sure how important that is. Anyway, do you find poison exciting?

Why do that brann swap at the end? The extra stats on that crackling didn't matter at all since it only combines the top two attack/healths, it was a total waste of a hero power.

It combines all additional stats as well, so the extra swap from brann would have added stats. That’s why elementals tripled with Nomi are so big

There’s no “should have” in probability 12:42 I think that’s Kripps problem and why he gets so pissed about slight unfortunate RNG. It’s like he thinks whatever is the exact average result each round is the way each game is “supposed” to play out. But it’s not. That’s the gamblers fallacy. Whatever actually happens in a game is what was supposed to have happened. The little odds tracker he has just tells him how likely that event was to happen. But there’s no cosmic “should” in rolling dice.
