Louis my dad had a stroke in 2008, he was in the hospital for 6 months and the doctors said that he would die or spend the rest of his life in a wheel chair. In 2014 I can say that my dad is running almos as fast as me

My dad had a mini stroke when I was 6 and I remember seeing him in the ambulance and in the hospital, and I'm very glad to say he's back to normal now :)

I remember the first vlogs were Louis travelled around the UK in his bus and had a small handful of subscribers. To see that he's 100,000 away from 1 million is incredible. Enjoy life and live the adventure I suppose.

My mum had. Rare stroke 5 years ago. She was on life support for 10 weeks and we were told if she lived she would never be able ti talk or move. Safe to say she if talking on her own, able to eat and its starting to get good movement in her arms and legs and her neck. Always think positive, and never feel the pressure to upload q vlog if it all gets to much while your grandad is unwell . Dont forget we love you

My Dad had a stroke last June and was really bad for months - he couldn't really hold things in his left hand, and his whole left side was barely working. He still has to sometimes use a walking stick now, but he has improved so much. He was not able to walk more than 5 minutes and he's now able to go on hour long walks! Progress does take time, but it can happen :)

My mom works with stroke patients and most end with happy stories. It talked a lot of time and care but some people make full recoveries. Keep your chin up and spread the positivity to him, it should help him a lot

One of my friends is recovering from a stroke she is only 26 it was such a shock as I honestly thought it was something that happened to older people. It would be great to see a little video about spotting the signs of a stroke especially as you could inform a lot of people. I hope your grandad gets better soon x

Louis, you should do the 2015 Mongol rally, you have to make it from the UK to Mongolia in a car, the main class is consists of 1ltr cars or you can do the open one which allows you to take pretty much any car (Would' not take one you want to keep as it will get pretty beat up, even though someone took a Ferrari this year).
