Yeah. One coffee (sometimes two) a day (especially if it's good quality coffee and not muddled up with too much cream or sugar) isn't horrible for some people, and I wouldn't presume to know how Louis deals with it. (I mean, considering the how "food for louis" series, he seems to be able to handle things many of us can't), but having a general mantra of one or two a day, no energy drinks, plenty of water and fresh fruit juice, and obviously more intentionality about a proper amount of sleep would likely see Louis feel better/more energized more often. Just my two cents. Looking out for the big guy!

Tbh I think even good quality coffee totally impacts our bodies. One time I cut out coffee for two weeks straight (it was tough, I usually drink it at least once a day) - and when I drank it again for the first time, my hands started shaking. I still love coffee, but now I know to try limiting my intake (even if I drink it black). It's also super addictive :-S

As a theater major it makes me so happy to see people enjoy musicals so much. I focus on building sets, making costumes, doing stage/lighting designs, basically all the behind the scenes stuff. I am so glad that you appreciate all the work that goes into all that stuff, it's pretty difficult and tech people usually don't get thought of. That set looked amazing!

I saw Matilda on Broadway and it was honestly one of my favorite shows I've seen in a while. The set was AWESOME the actors were hilarious and it was just a good time overall. I was fortunate enough to meet and work with one of the cast members along with the other people in my high school's music department and the lady taught us the singing and choreography for ONE number, and it was so hard. It really gave me a sense of appreciation for the amount of hard work these people put into these shows.
