Good to see another video from you, my brother. My front reno of Titanium 2LS is growing in nicely. I even bought a reel mower to cut it, (copying you) I've been cutting it at 1 inch for now but the mover can go up to 3 inches.

Which reel mower did you buy? And wow 3 inches I am pretty sure I do 2.5-2.75” on a rotary but would do reel mowing instead

@@Verzula I bought the Earthwise 2001-20EW. I wanted to get the Fiskars (cuts at 4 inches) and do the battery conversion to make it electric but after the reno my budget was tight, and I had to get a mower that cut at least 3 inches. My grass says the cutting height is 2 to 3 inches. I was looking on Amazon, but I have that Capital One app on my computer where it looks for a cheaper price somewhere else and I said Home Shopping Network had one on sale, so I got it from them. It came in 4 days. I hope this helps.

In NJ I got fertilizer burn this year cause of some unexpected early heat up here and it's going into the 90s already next week. Not a ton of rain either so you're lucky if you're getting consistent showers.

Hey bud, great channel and love your content! I’m in Chicago and omg is there no rainfall here. Last one was June 2nd at about 1.85 inches but before then it was May 15th at 0.75 inches. We are gonna be in a heat wave for the next two weeks!!!!

Cam, if I have 4000 square feet yard and I want 1/2 pound per thousand of AMS which would be 2 pounds total. My question is how much water do I mix per pound or total water mix if I mix it in a large container.

1 gallon of water per 1000 sq ft is pretty standard for most liquid applications.

I thought those seed heads were all POA?

No. Both your desired Kentucky Bluegrass and Tall fescue will produce seedheads. Every seedhead is not Poa Annua. Kentucky Bluegrass and Poa Annua are in the same family which is why it's hard to only kill the Poa Annua and not the KBG.

What N-P-K fert would you recommend right now for the lighter app?

I assume you are talking about granular. It's depends on what your soil really needs from your soil test for the P-K portion of the analysis. For the N portion, this time of year I go with something lower in N (~10% or less) so that I can better control the amount of N that I am applying per application. Most of my applications are between .25-.4 lbs of N per 1000 sq. Applying that small amount is hard to spread equally with a high N fert unless it's greens grade.
