LATE TARO HARVEST | TIPS ON TARO FARMING | SAMOA 🇼🇸

We were late to get some taro on Saturday because I overslept and as a result it was a filming sesh in the dark. Then on Sunday I went to check on the cows and give a few tips on taro farming here on our farm.

No, but we have lost a cow to a fallen tree. It was one of the larger trees we were cutting on our farm and it fell straight onto the cow ..Sadly we had to put her down 2hours later because she never stood up again and we could clearly see she was in pain😞😞

Wow Anchorage aye ? So that's part of the reason why as soon as you notice you have a missing cow you start looking for it because after 2 weeks it's most likely someone has slaughtered it. People don't really let others know because they can't tell whose cow is it.

The talovave variety the 4 month old one..is it a indigenous native variety from samoa?

Yes, correct!..so those ones are specific to Samoa because it was a crossbreed carried out here in Samoa by the ministry of Agriculture
