I do not own this manga or translation. This is a transformative introduction and review of the series to spread awareness of it, and hopefully introduce it to a new audience. Tackling its themes and impact on the franchise, and giving opinions on it.

Would love for more anime and stories set in the late UC timeline. I’d love for an anime adaptation of F90 and F90 FF, a two season 25 to 50 episode remake of F91 or at the very least a sequel to F91 that’s before Crossbone, an anime adaptation of Crossbone, Crossbone Ghost, and Crossbone Dust, and a prequel and a sequel series and/or movie to Victory. And a completely new series set between F91 and Victory.

Yeah man, I really want to see characters from mid-UC (from ZZ up to Hathaway's Flash), F91, Crossbone, and Victory, sharing some screentime in a linear timeline. The UC Engage crossover is clearly more of a multiversal timeline than a linear one. I want to see grandpa Judau, middle-aged Minerva, etc. 😂🤣

The neat thing about Fastest Formula and the subsequent F91 games is them being essentially the closest to a sidestory in late UC, all while you still get the F90 coming back in Crossbone for one last battle (and in fact the very same one years before)

Definiitely want more late-UC anime, especially Gaia Gear, which is the GOAT Gundam story next to Turn A Gundam.

nice video as always! now that you basically already consume all UC related media, can i suggest a video idea, where you compile all the side media "required" for UC? i think it would be fun, especially if you add the pros and cons of said media.

i have always state this: late uc, might as well be UC in name only. there's nothing in crossbone or victory that really makes it "uc". you could easily make them AU, and nothing would change. in many ways, something like X is far more UC than pretty much every thing beyond hathaway, combined.

F90FF is a huge addition to UC 100s era, especially post HF era and UC 110s. Tho I agree F90FF is a quite confusing manga between SNRI experiments, Earth Federation politics and Ronah family politics.

It's not perfect but I'm always down for late UC stories, especially the ones that takes place before F91. F90FF's sequel, Cluster, is also something I'm anticipating at the same time.

F91 and Victory being disconnected is the entire point of those entries. To be able to tell wholly new stories unburdened by previous stories. By constantly trying to bridge the gap we're just doing the same dogshit slop formula as Star Wars, cramming lore and retcons into every possible inch of empty space so dorks can read about it on Wiki's. I agree, we need to leave Newtype stuff behind. I don't anyone has done anything more interesting or meaningful with the concept than Tomino did, and Tomino himself was done with the idea after CCA. Instead we get Unicorn which is TFA tier, and Narrative which is TRoS tier.

I really liked F90FF because i am lore addict, the manga stablish so many continuity nods to the point its imposible for the one who are in this for a while can bring you a smile but its true has some quality downgrades

In my opinion, a lot of the Gunna manga’s are very hit or miss. I’ve only liked a few of them. The seed manga wasn’t half bad seed. A stray was in my opinion very good. But my favorite Gangnam Manga so far has been Gundam origin. I thought thunderbolts was OK.

I really really think that late UC just needs to be scrapped and completely redone, at the very least F91 needs to get a full TV show. Cosmo Balylonia and the Zanscare Empire make NO sense. I just don't understand why people are supporting them. Zeon had support not because of their authoritarianism but because of their newtype ideology and the opression of spacenoids, it makes sense why some people would be on their side despite them being authoritarian. The Titans are a sensible progression for the Federation, same with the AEUG. Cosmo Babylonia? I guess they are only one colony really and they are just warlords taking advantage of the weakened Federation, but I just don't know who would support them. But the Zanscare Empire is such trash. Like wow, their ideology is feminism... but evil!!!! How did they even come to control all of space? Why does a militia have to fight them rather than the normal Federation, but later on the Federation comes back and does have loads of spaceships. It feels like Tomino didn't know what to do with late UC and so just made what had been done before and the stuff he thought was cool in the 90s (child irregulars fighting against space invaders + women hate). Not to say I even hate Victory btw it is just completely ungrounded. I blame Bandai for causing this.

I feel you and those are definitely my main issues with the factions as well. Like I said in the video I do feel that F90FF helps to remedy things at least somewhat. Like the Crossbone Vanguard ends up coopting a lot of Zeon viewpoints and resources, and a lot of its technology was obtained via corporate espionage. As for Zanscare, yeah they still don't make sense and the matriarchy thing is very much a Victory exclusive idea for sure lol. Late UC definitely needs work.

If the UC wants to focus on Newtypes so much, why not have so that Newtypes are common place and Oldtypes are all old people with a foot in their graves? And the main conflict could focus on "strong" Newtypes trying to subjugate "weak" Newtypes.

From the first description, this sounds hilarious to me because effectively you are reading a long manga that is trying to connect a bunch of shit and connect early uc to late uc and all those manga... all so it can build to f91, an unfinished ass cobbled together movie that leaves on a cliffhanger... That's like watching all the marvel movies but knowing your avengers endgame is below mid and doesn't even finish the story... The story by itself does sound a bit interesting but the premise makes me laugh

I was about to say that the art looked pretty good but then you mentioned a good chunk of the characters and all I'm thinking in the back of my brain as I definitely preferred the story with the mother and the son along with the main villain being an evil Tony Stark type. I felt way more interested in that bit of story than the one that was the B pot and the 1 that was the time skip after the plot with the mother and son because that plot was interesting the time skip plot is generic and boring. It also doesn't help that thanks to reading a cross over fanfic I am so sick and tired of new types. Main reason being for context this story had a very fantastic first partand it remembered that it was supposed to focus on 2 things granted the author did say that he added in a little bit of detail from another source but for the most part it was strictly just the 2 things...... Then we get to the second half where as of now there is so much random UC error stuff in there to the point where the author even went so far as to replace his original term for what his characters were said to be and it said just called them new types. Complete with the Mystical mumble jungle the magic nonsense and this whole mystic understanding each other through space like I am so sick of that concept now and I wanted to be away from that concept. Anyway this Manga is pretty much mid but I will give it this though an evil Tony Stark type using war as a war mongering method and him having a robot that's pretty much like a super robot is pretty cool with me so at least I know that exists lol. Great job!
