In my humble opinion.... Staying positive is very important when dealing with negative thoughts /feelings/situations. Generally it's a good advice. It keeps you balanced. But there's a but.... To try n cut off someone bcs they're feeling negative is just denying their feelings which is terrible. It makes them feel unworthy of your attention and unheard. This man had no time and willingness to understand her point of view. This is a great show. It talks about anger, the ticking bomb, when it's not expressed.
