I am binging on these interviews like I discovered her yesterday even though I have been a fan since Parks and Rec. I would say the opposite is true. She plays a part and she seems to enjoy herself more when she's doing so. She's probably most awkward with Conan, and I think she enjoys those interviews the most, because he feeds into her playing the part she wants to. And as a comedian, she probably enjoys all the laughter she gets. Also, Conan and her have crazy chemistry. Colbert isn't far off. This was a good interview, and Seth Meyers did an adequate job, but it doesn't stand out, because he's so fanboyish and giggling the entire time instead of doing the improv game her other regular interviewers have done. Not saying it was a bad interview, though.
