citronm1 remember when Saturday night live kept not hiring black women for, like, most of their whole existence, and they would constantly say “we would love to hire black women, we just haven’t found any that are ready”. I’m so glad this sketch show is okay with hiring “not ready” black women, b/c it looks like they can do the job even better than ready white people!
