Nate was so buttoned up on the dates. But he was so at home with his baby momma. He laughed with her, even had a more dynamic disposition. She's the one...folks want their spouse to be their best friend. Their comfortable with each other and love is not complicated. It's a choice. Tell Nate the butterflies are dead. At this age, we need partnership and compatibility.

Btw, Nate was on a dating show before, Love OnStage season 2 and he didn’t like the woman he was paired with on that show either. He needs to stop bothering these women and be with the one he got. He also said on that show that he wanted to get into acting, so he’s probably just trying to get his followers up smh

Thanks for reviewing this show, Ms. Measha! My friends and I are all 50+ so we got a kick out of this program. I hope that there’s a 2nd season! Btw- I felt bad for Martin and I’m not sure that Felton likes the ladies. Will is handsome but seems a little light in the brain power department, Nate is “undate-able”, Suzanne likes to play too many games, and Pam is a character.

So glad to see you reviewing this show! Nate definitely has a FWB relationship with his child’s mother. I think that was especially clear in the wrap up segment for him. He wants someone he can control & to take care of his ass when he can’t move anymore. I agree that Anise’s daughter was snappy. Like girl, I definitely didn’t get that interpretation from “Big Willie”. Like who refers to 🍆 as “Big Willie” anymore? Girl, stop. Lori is single for 15 years, for a reason. And those glasses are not every day glasses lady. STAHP. I don’t like that Avery for Suzanne. Idk just something about him. A touch of player and opportunistic. And if I’m not mistaken, he has a 14 year old! Did I hear that incorrectly???

It was a really good series. Logan was the perfect relationship coach for them. Nate doesn't want anyone, Lori isn't interested in changing her look to soften her face. Suzanne was my favorite she was here for a good time! Anise was a baddie for sure but I see she gave some grace because Willie looked goodt! Nate was looking for a freak in the sheets all while having a bad back and knee. He was not looking for a wife.

I'm a boomer. So, this show was up my alley. I appreciated the entire show. Hopefully, it will get greenlighted for season 2. As you said, Nate and Jackie are in an arrangement. The look on her face gives it away. She can put up with his OCD. Maybe he goes on these dating shows for extra income. Great review, Ms Measha!

I LOVED IT. I binged it in one day also. I’m 56 and i haven’t been on a date in 5 years. I’m purposely single because I’m pursuing a new career and men are a distraction. And i love that this show showed that yes even at our big age men play games. But I also loved that it showed that even in our 50s and 60s we are still vibrant and want love. Well I don’t but I will at some point 😂

Suzanne’s home looks like pottery barn… the actual store. Like it was soooo much stuff (which matches her personality) but I would be overstimulated. Lori is bossy, that’s why she’s single. She doesn’t know how to turn it off and just be a lady to her man. If she likes statement frames I think things Cateye frames would be better Pam definitely just needs a friend to hang with in Atlanta not a man lol Anise is giving 40 not 62! Mama looks GOODT! Nate and his ex are still touching private parts and it’s no secret! The way they talk to each other is giving old married couple, they way they sat on the sofa screams “my man my man my man”!

I loved Suzanne and Pam they both have really cute personalities. Avery's comment about threesome's was a bit random and I think it was a test the water question to see if she would be down with it 🤨 Willie has 7 kids I wonder how old his youngest kid is - asking for a friend 🤔🤨 It was soooo obvious Willie was looking to play and not to stay and what was Willies job?!? Nate's looking for a 🦄 Unicorn The one guy I think his name is Greg, he has a son with a disability - I honestly believe he has a slight drinking problem. On his first date he completely forgot the city where his date was from then on his 2nd date in mid conversation he forgot the country his date said was her favorite. I don't know maybe it was nerves, but I'm leaning towards alcohol, he probably shouldn't drink on his dates. Lori should definitely lose the glasses they overpower her face and completely hide her eyes and cheekbones. Also, Lori should know at this point in life if you have to ask a man (Felton) how he feels about you then you already have your answer

I loved it also - as a “boomer” (I guess) - I related to Lori. Married for 12 years and been single for 15. Kids in their 20s. Don’t know that I’ll ever put myself out there again, especially in the little big town where I live, but the show was very entertaining

As someone in my 30s, I need them to have one for those in my age range. I LOOOOVEEE this show!! And Measha as always you’re on point. Ms. Anise is THAT WOMAN! She and Mr. Willie, I hope they go far. George was very much a clown at his grown age🤢 And Nate is nowhere near serious. And he’s playing in Jackie’s face. She needs to move on because she is very much still hopeful. Pam needs to sit up straight but I still love her😂. I think she just needs a friend which I’m glad she ended up getting. I can’t wait for the next season!!!
