my school uses red marker traced over black marker. does the red marker show the initial structure or does the black marker show the initial structure?

Original tracing is usually in black and post treatment in red

I had problem with breath...not able to take breath freely,felt some restriction,heaviness in the maxillary region...face looks always sad,mask like face,headache,vomitings....my teeth are malaligned..cavities,black gums...it's due to turbinate hypertrophy or any maxillary /mandibular problem?? Can I go for CT PNS or 3D cephalometric X ray???
