Thanks for the brilliant cases. Liked the case and explanation of the periodic side discharges. They are rare in my daily practice (I am a pediatric neurologist and an EEG specialist. I have been practicing since 2005, a VIREPA alumni 2010. The channel gives more practice in EEG, English, and I also show these lessons to my junior neurologist colleagues and psychiatrists complementing my examples and samples from atlases (screenshots are more descriptive than atlases)

I did not understand the term "juicy" spikes. never met this before. Because they have a large amplitude and are well recognizable?

When I see a spike or sharp wave that stands out from the background, has a good field involving multiple channels and a large amplitude I like calling it a "Juicy spike" or "Juicy sharp wave". This however is not a recognized term or part of the neurophysiological vocabulary.
