I'm looking at Amad Diallo/Rogers too. My team is the similar to yours except I changed TAA to Gvadriol, Munoz to 4.5, Winks to MGW

Rogers is a great pick , do you think he will be starting from GW1? Double Crystal Palace def is what I dont like much . I had a dilema Rogers and Muniz or Joao Pedro and Andreas but i pref the second if JP is fit .

Re Rogers depends on closer to GW1. Definitely looks good atm.

VERY similar to what I currently have, although Rodgers is a potential 5th mid and I have Hudson-Odoi as my 4th. What do you think about skipping a 6.5 mid? Feel like that’s a key price point which I could be missing and don’t like the idea of having to downgrade Eze to get there…

I am trying to decide between 2 spots in my team. Have 11.5 to spend for a defender and a midfielder. Thinking between, 6M Defender + 5.5M Mid (Probably Gvardiol + Callum Hudson Odoi) - 4.5M Defender + 6.5/7M Mid - or 4M Defender + 7.5M Mid (Probably Gordon). Anyone have thoughts?

Almost the same team, except munoz > Andersen and Winks > CHO and Rogers on the bench. But the structure is the best IMO. Need to see preseason tho to make those calls

LR you’ve been my favourite fpl manager since I started playing (5+ yrs) and I’ve got some perceptive notes if you’d like to indulge. Your style has changed and I presume it reflects a decrease in game watching time and time spent on tactical analysis. You specifically more than Zoph or even bigman used to rely on tactical analyses of how the attacking shape looks in different situations and who ends up taking the shots. I don’t see that as much anymore and I’ll give you a perfect example: The saka thing, I remember very clearly, was not a tactical analyses. It was a statistical analysis. But tactically arsenal were playing a few different attacking ideas and in some of them saka was building up the chance on the edge of the box and some he was getting into the box. But he hadn’t gotten into goalscoring situations only for happenstance, not due to a lessened attacking proclivity or instruction. Others pointed that out at the time as well as me so it’s not an original thought either.. I would LOVE to see more tactical analysis. How do teams build up in the final third or towards it. If u lose tactical analysis and just do statistical analysis, a robot is better than you….
