even sader when Council won't even consider special rate variation. A SRV should be a consideration to all Council when building their budget especially when common response from Councillors and Council Executives is we have no money and we working on grant money is just pure financial negligence. Keep up the good work as all videos provide thought conversation that leads to education.

Yes, I have long argued for automatic triggers to force councils to apply for a srv when financial sustainability is in jeopardy. Thanks for your support!
