At a 90 degrees angle the helicopter must have hit the airliner cockpit. hence, we can see in the most recent videos the plane body falling in the river with no cockpit attached to it. The helicopter approach would have not been witnessed by the airliner pilots as the plane nose must have been up and they were focusing forward on landing, but by the people sitting in the windows, which must have been a terrible thing to see in their final seconds. Usually, 10 minutes before landing, even during the night flights, everyone is fastening their seatbelts and watching the city lights and the landing through their window screens.

What is worse is that the helicopter pilot responds by saying he has a positive visual id on the CRJ? To that question I would have answered "don't be silly its dark outside". The real worrying thing was that for the passengers on the plane this was the "bottom line" control mechanism that would ensure their safety - an individual pilot being able to positively identify a plane from its landing lights using nothing but their eyesight !!! @marviwilson18532 сағат бұрын
It would be against the Law for there only to be one controller, (he/she could have a heart attack for example), so there is no way that whoever was in charge that night would allow that to happen. A big no no that would not have occurred. I think your story is fake news!

The boxes are orange. Why do you newscasters think we are so stupid that we only understand if they are black boxes.
@skyboy1956Сағат бұрын
because that's all the newscasters know. They think it makes them look knowledgeable when they use terms like "black boxes, tarmac, chopper, understaffed ATC, etc" All it does it make them look stupid.

The radar is showing that the helicopter veered left into the airplane, it looks deliberate - I'm not saying it is - but on the radar it looks like it's deliberate. He could have been turning left because he wanted to go there or thought it to be safe. The controller had one minute when he sould have seen that a collision was quiet possible.
@graceramos27903 сағат бұрын
I thought same, looks very deliberate and to be flying way higher when it’s not allowed, they’re wrong and ATC was too busy to give direct and more clear instructions. One mistake after another after another
@ekaye862 сағат бұрын
I agree it was deliberate, almost like a kamikaze

Anyone who has a child die or be killed naturally feels devastated. However, if your child believed in Jesus he is not dead but alive with Jesus and that makes you happy and look forward to bring with them someday. Your pain does not have to continue for years. We must accept that we all will die.

Why? Why was the helicopter flying that much higher? Why was it zig zagging other planes before it crashed? Why has the pilot they named post themselves on the internet today and said theyre alive and were not on that black hawk? What the heck is going on? Seems deliberate.
