Inrelation to 2nd case law of Maruti... Whether SKY LIGHT HOSPITALITY LLP V. A.CIT (2018) (DEL) shall stand to be overruled?? (Case in short :: Conversion of Company to LLP and notice was served in the name of Company. 292B came to rescue)

No issues covered by both cases are different, in Sky Light Hospitality case, there was a typographical error by AO so it was covered u/s 292B, unlike Maruti suzuki where AO had issued the notice to a non existent assessee, inspite of M's intimation.

Sir, I had a query in MAT. In Calculation of Book Profit the point (iid) says that income accruing or arising to assessee, being a foreign company, from- A Capital Gains on transactions in securities; or B Interest, Royalty, FTS chargeable to tax u/s 115A, If the income tax payable thereon is less than 18.5%. Shouldn't it be 15% instead of 18.5% after amendment in MAT rate? The said provision is on pg 233 of your summary book.
