Hello, if the nomination by the company is made before July 1, 2024, meeting the TSMIT (70,000), but the application for the 186 visa is submitted after the nomination approval is received (I want to be sure that nomination is approved before to apply visa 186), probably after July 1, 2024, would there be any issue? Hi, Thanks for your question. If your visitor visa has a 'No Further Stay' then you cannot apply for another visa onshore, without getting a waiver, which is hard to get. If you visitor visa does no further stay, then you possibly could apply for a 482. There are many requirements for a 482 for the applicant and employer.
