That stadium was built in 1993 by the city of St. Petersburg with the hopes of attracting a professional sports team. While we can say it certainly wasn't the finest idea for a roof, Tropicana Field's roof held up for over thirty years, and has survived numerous hurricanes, tropical storms, tropical depressions, thunder and lightning storms. It just couldn't hold up to the winds that strong... All in all, that roof did it's job for a long time.

We need to get money out of politics. We need to have a third party that truly represents the people.
