I believe Ghana is at a stage where our technogical orientation, concentration and innovations should be strategic and practical enough to centre on areas within our priority sectors like Agriculture, agro processing, mining exploration and development, waste management and sanitation, energy, building tech and engineering etc. This though I don't find ideal is still impressive though. Kudos to them.

Ghana armed forces should think of establishing a drone and aeronautical system company by using these kids as employees. You can collaborate with other companies in research and development. Additionally the joint venture between the school and the army should focus on research. We can do it , why should we buy drones for Ghana army . They can develop a drone for the police to do monitoring and surveillance. This will enable them to deploy rapid response team to ensure order . The security forces thus police , airforce, army , army , immigration and forestry , Prisons , fire services should have drone capabilities . Example prison service can use drone to search for jail breakers when they are running away

What west? Ghana does not want to be like the west; Ghana is in a league of its own. Ghana is not in competition with any country but by itself. Tweaa! When whites came to Africa and Ghana to be precise Ghana especially Kumasi nearby towns were in very good shape. They rather destroyed everything with war and wanted to take away the forefathers because they were extremely talented. This is the main reason Ghana became the center of the slave trade. Ghana does not want to be them. We are what we are.

Why do you keep saying FLIGHT instead of Airplane or Aeroplane? please they're two different things all together. FLIGHT means the routes you take when you're travelling with an Airplane, what the students are carrying is an Aeroplane and no one has taken note of the blunder.

I'm disappointed in the Airport's refusal to grant them the permission to fly. If that day wasn't a good day, they should have given them a day that will be easy to fly without issues. This story that their rules don't allow trials is crappy. How do you think all these airplanes flew for the first time? It's high time we supported innovations by the Ghanaian.
