This show just gets better every week. The Daniels killed it, and these kids are BODYING the acting. Fern’s actor in particular was spectacular this episode. And Neel remains best boy who must be protected 🥹

The little boy that plays Neel is too adorable 🥰 If you haven’t watched any BTS footage you should! Watching him act with the animatronic elephant mask is proof that some young actors are just so good, you’re proud of a kid you don’t even know ☺️ Happy Wednesday peoples

I think like others that Wim’s dad might be the Supervisor. The headless statue definitely means it’s someone we’ve already seen, and dad doesn’t want Wim to think about “outside” worlds.

Interesting theory, but...there has already been a released still of an episode where Wim, his Dad, and Fern's Mom are confronting something/someone in The Tower of At-Attin. I do believe that Wendell may have some insights in to what may be going on within the structure of their society.

I noticed a few members of the crowd rocking imperial gear, if you pay attention you just might spot an individual holding an E11, which means that not only is that planet not lost to time, they have either directly encountered the empire or traded with someone who has.

There is a large statue in Episode 1 when the bus/tram comes out of the underground tunnel. It is very vague and a different pose. Weird.

the funny thing is I see Neel becoming a padawan before Whim. BD would be wind up working for the New Republic, and Fern and Whim will wind up partnering up and going into business as adventurers/pirates.....and the next chapter of the Skeleton Crew would somehow be them all getting back together when they were older....

I totally see Wim becoming Captain EO in about 18 years. If he discovers The Force (in some way), and can cut the rug a little bit at age 10, his powers and abilities in that Disney/Epcot 3-D short film would make perfect sense.

That part when they were coming down the ramp in the beginning is like an homage to The Empire Strikes Back. Like when Han, Leia, and Chewie investigating the mynocks before they found out they were in a space slug. The way they shot that scene with the smoke all over kind of reminding me of that.

Im really enjoying this show. Its very well made, it is light hearted and funny but also very touching. Giving us new star wars lore (something i didnt really expect largely for the show) but also its a fun classic kids adventure. And keeps me guessing on movitations and places we might have to go. Props to everyone who worked on it.

My big takeaway was Fern and Wym supporting each other and not competing with each other for the first time. It underscores really the whole series where an episode ends with you thinking it’s headed one way and it goes a completely different direction and the episode is really about them adjusting on the fly…….

weakest episode in my humble opinion, but since it was mostly Neel's episode, i ended up loving it nonetheless. i'm loving every single one of these kids' personalities, and... now i gotta wait another week for more 😭😭

I guess the droid literally could not *say* he remembers no At Attin. He was scary once his actual programming kicked in. Also, I first thought the planet that turned out to not be At Attin was simply At Attin but burned because of the ship's flames. That tank the other clan had looked to be some sort of modified separatist tank too. 8:53 that looks like some minigun that the clones used or some sort of laser cannon the empire used, that we saw in Keboni, The Mandalorian, etc. 10:06 I got that K2SO reference. 😉

Everyone noticed those satellite space stations. Do they look familiar any gamers in the house? Battlefront 2 looks like those satellite laser cannons for operation cinder , Jod’s the air tastes like ash . And a lot of those soldiers were wearing imperial army helmets like the one Han Solo was wearing in the solo movie .

Damn, you're right. They could have torched those other planets. At Attin might have a network of death beams pointing right at them, and they don't even know it.

Also, Mayfeld said that imperial army troopers was sacrificed during the operation cinder including his comrades, so it makes alot of sense why these militias are wearing one, probably looted from the deceased army troopers.
