lathe restoration

I needed a lathe for my work, I couldn’t afford a new one, so I tried to repair this old lathe. The machine was in a very bad condition, the slide was rusted and scratched badly, the bearings were worn and had a lot of play, so I had to replace them all. It took me 90 days to restore this lathe.

Najciekawszy etap będzie jak zaczniesz ją mierzyć, ustawiać geometrie , skrobać prowadnice może nawet będziesz musiał zmieniać łożyska wrzeciona 🦾🦾 Ja teraz odnawiam tokarkę Cyclone DENFORD CNC ale tam co ruszę to okazuje się być zniszczone :(

​@@DVNsupercarThis lathe is good for me because I am an amateur. And the price was good for this lathe. I don't make money with this lathe, but I work for fun in my free time. The lathe is very useful when I repair my machinery or build a 4×4 homemade buggy.

Все закрасили и лимб тоже 😢, так не делают вообще то.

Крашеные лимбы это колхоз высшей пробы. Так только в ПТУ станки красили.
