I want to thank you for sharing your recipes, you truly have inspired me to get back in the kitchen and start cooking again. I done my very first attempt at cooking a curry from scratch without using tinned sauce, i tried a chicken tikka masala last week and my family absolutely loved it so I cooked a potato curry for my wife and it was wonderful.

okra is by far one of my favourite veggies also as a gym goer it is packed with nutrients. so u feel the energy when u go to gym. tastes amazing. i like to not over cook it to keep the crunch. once it gets over cooked it's slimy but still nice.

If u have a garden, grow your vegetables, you can really taste the difference between home grown organic vegetables and shop bought, the organic vegetables have taste and fragrance, the shops bought ones seems like there is no smell or taste , this is more so in the last 20 years, over use of chemical fertiliser and pesticide, GMO and plants. All this combined is making us sick also
