I also grew up in Los Angeles and count many Latinos as my oldest and dearest friends. The new contingent of Martinez, Cedillo, DeLeon, Huizar and many of the LAUSD admisistrators have ruined Los Angeles in many ways with their constant overblown accusations of racism. 🏆 One of my dear friends is from Mexico. She comes from a wealthy family. We often had conversations about her country and the indigenous peoples living there. She shared with me that there is a lot of racism and colorism against the indigenous people by other Spanish speaking Mexicans. 💔 I wish there really was a true POC coalition because you're right.
