(10:35) It always has baffled me that in Mexico City we have to clarify that we want a quesadilla *with* cheese, it's so redundant. Quesadillas by definition have to have cheese, otherwise they are just 'dobladas'. We should end this destructive conflict and bring order to the nation by acknowledging this self evident truth. (And if someone believes that I think that way because I'm not from Mexico City they'll be wrong, I was born and raised in the City, so, yeah.)
