There are many classical dance forms in India and all r amazing. 1.Kathak 2. Bharatanatyam 3. Kuchipudi 4. Kathakali 5. Manipuri 6. Odissi 7.Mohiniyattam 8.Gaudiya 9.Sattriya . Apart from this many folk dances r also there like Bhangra, Gidda, Jhumar, Ghumar, Lavani, Bihu, Kalbeliya, Kathi, Jhora, Garba, Dandiya raas, Kajri, Buiya, Dol Cholam etc, these r few out of hundreds.

@@reputationxera of course it's a form of dance. There are all sorts of dance. Belly dancing started as a coming of age ritual to show being ready for fertility. And then developed in last century as a cabaret dance and now can be said to be the dance of asserting one's sexuality. At one point dancers are not only using their breasts as a prop, but even cares them with fingers. However, if you prefer to pretend that it has no sexual overtone then it's up to you.

11:24 I think you should watch "V UNBEATABLE" and "KINGS UNITED". They were the winners of AGT and NBC'S World of Dance and came third at World Hip Hop Dance Championship respectively. Also this is a just a sample of dance form in India, there are many talented dancers and dance form who can give a tough competition to the westerners. 11:50 India TV SHOWS have the similar formation, it depends on which dance video you are watching or reacting.

Good dancers? These are amazing dancers. The moves and dancing styles they did are extremely difficult and requires a lot of training and skills. Not everyone can do what they did. You might personally prefer indian classical dance more but you cannot compare different forms of dance. Each requires its own skillset and a unique kind of agility and training and each is beautiful in its own way. We cannot say this or that is better because they are so widely different. You can definitely say you like one more than the other because that is a personal preference but do not say it like a universal fact as it is extremely disrespectful to other dance forms and their highly skilled dancers.

As a indian myself I can tell you we Indians love our music and dance. It's a huge part of our lives. You can say, music and dance is something is possess in our bloods. 😂 Also you haven't seen our dance battles love. Western dancers are nowhere close to the legacy indian dancers holds. Indians went to the west and returned back as winners defeating them American dancers in their own homes.

The girl that u said is the main one is the actual contestant. The taller dancer is her mentor in the show. As you said this was mostly a fusion of many dance forms, so not really showcasing the unique aspects of Indian classical dances.
