the mother was a healthcare worker, the termination letter had the ministry of health logo (crying), our front liners are still in the most danger and ppl who chose to not vaccinate and didnt follow health protocols are actively endangering them. the bella ciao scene winks at money heist, it was really popular in netflix indonesia, and i think it represents the corruption and scams surrounding the pandemic and ppl who abused people's anxieties and fear for monetary gain.

And that fact. On July 2021 it was the hardest periods of our country, where covid case rocketed so massively & took so many life of beloved Indonesian family. So many young children lost their parents coz of the pandemic. Thank God Indonesia still can handle & past that situation quiet good. 🙏🙏🙏

actually there was a heartbreaking news back in 2021 where a family of 3 (father, mother, son) were infected with covid and then both the parents died and the boy literally live alone in a small humble house similar to that house in the video. there are many children who became an orphan due to massive case of covid back then.

14:02 the paintings are references to the major accidents that occurred in Indonesia. There was Sriwijaya Air SJ-182 plane that crashed in January 2021 and killed all crew and passengers. Then there is KRI Nanggala 402 which sank on April 21, 2021 with 53 people who have not been found to this day. We are quite sad in 2021, a lot has happened.

There's a lot of multi-meaning in every scene. This is my general interpretation. In 2021, a lot of children become an orphan because of Covid, that's why they choose the main characters. The child is addicted to the internet, we see a lot of trends happening throughout the year. Then the reality hit when the mother get sick, it cost a lot of money, but the mother was defeated in the end. But he also got a little hope from the internet so he finally back into the real world and continue to live his life.

My interpretation: People on the white shirt represents influencer/youtuber/celebgram with their number of followers stated on their chest, they tried to take advantage of the pandemic/someone's misery(represented by motherland who is in sorrow) for the sake of their benefit (or adsense?), which symbolized by gold. while people on the red shirt is represent ordinary people trying to stop them but they outnumbered. Later, all of them became one as indonesian, represented by red and white outfit.

Main Character di video ini adalah anak kecil. Selama pandemi banyak sekali anak anak menjadi yatim piatu karena orang tua mereka meninggal karena virus covid 19. Scene Merah Putih itu punya banyak arti, tergantung bagaimana kita melihatnya 1. Merah adalah darah ibu. Putih adalah virus covid. Atau sebaliknya, Merah adalah virus dan putih adalah sel darah putih dan imun. Mereka bertengkar hebat dalam tubuh penderita covid sampai ibu meninggal. 2. Merah adalah orang luar biasa yang memperjuangkan hak penderita covid. Putih adalah orang yang memanfaatkan covid hanya demi uang dan keuntungan mereka sendiri. Di baju putih terdapat nomer. Entah itu nomer subscriber/follower/kekayaan/atau jumlah korban covid. Mereka gak peduli yang mereka pedulikan adalah mengambil keuntungan dari pandemi. Tetapi menggunakan istilah baru yaitu Homeland (Kampung halaman), seperti negara Amerika Serikat.
