About v and hope switching roles, it's not true. I hope armys stop spreading that misinformation. V himself said that before he joined bighit, he was already a fan of bangtan when they released paldogangsan, a predebuted song by rm suga n hope.

Well, Jungkook is a sub-rapper and J-Hope is a sub-vocalist. This is video is kinda old so it doesn't have the newest clips, like the vocal line doing Ddaeng, and Suga's Seesaw, and the like. All of them lowkey can do each other's roles.

Sorry for such a long comment. You might see comments saying that JHOPE was supposed to be a vocalist but switched roles with V who was supposed to be a rapper. That is a false rumour that has been going around and still is to this day. He was always supposed to be a rapper as he was part of the original line up which was supposed to be a hip-hop group, but since he can also sing he's became a sub-vocalist. I will leave a link to an article/interview with the CEO of BigHit talking about creating BTS, if anyone wants to have a look.

Since RM makes alot of their songs ,he generally shows the demo version of their songs in his lives and it's usually him singing. They have tons of variety show where you can see them just have tons of fun and are known for being chaotic crackheads. That's Just a false rumor by fans long ago. Hoseok was originally a rapper from the beginning. BTS was a hiphop group made up of all rappers Jhope included. He did say in AHL that during trainee days how he learned to rap seriously and did freestyle battles with the members. They were all underground rappers but stated that he wasn't intimidated and did freestyles with them confidently. He might have started a dancer but he is a real rapper who trained alongside and battled with underground rappers.

JHope can actually sing -- he was originally supposed to be a vocalist before he decided to become a rapper. Suga can sing too! Check out his solo song 'Seesaw' and his duet with JHope for 'Otsukare'. Jungkook used to rap in their older BTS songs. Jimin & V can actually rap pretty good too.

No he's not. Jhope was a rapper during trainee days. That's a false rumor with no proof. Jhope did say himself that during the original line up when BTS were supposed to be a hiphop group, that they were ALL rappers and he was the only one who danced. They all did freestyle battles together and that's how he grew to be the rapper he is, he battled with underground rappers. He IS a rapper

MIN SUGA cheonjae Jjang Jjang man boong boong yes that is true too! I know that story as well. Not denying that fact you mentioned and what I’ve stated is not confirmed by themselves as well. And I don’t think I’ve heard any information about him battling with underground rappers. If you have the link to that info, do share it with me. :) From what I heard/learned, he was originally supposed to be a vocalist because he was known to have vocal abilities before they made him learn to become a rapper when he became a trainee. And all I know is that it was RM and Suga who helped him learn to rap together with the other rappers when they were originally supposed to be a hip-hop group. But then again we don’t deny that JHope is considered a sub-vocalist now due to his original ability to sing. Thank you for your comment! :)

Jhope did say that he was a dancer, the only dancer, of the group when he entered and everyone rapped.
