Jungkook has said he thinks he might be a mix of all the other members as he grew up with them. He was only 13 almost 14 when he become a trainee with them. Jungkook also said the reason he joined BigHit when he was offered places at bigger kpop companies was because of Namjoon (RM). He said even said RM was his role model the person he looked up to.

there's a taehyung vlive (the one in macau) at the end where he raps yoongi's verse in cypher pt 3 (he literally skips to his part - yoongi's fanboy things) and he does really good even though he's being completely chaotic and basically everyone when that verse comes on LOL. there's also whole comps of him just jamming to the cyphers/rapline verses. sometimes he messes about and sometimes he takes it seriously but he definitely has potential. his tone when rapping reminds me of yoongi's sometimes (see the solo stage cypher - there's a specific verse i thought he sounded GREAT on). about vlives though, most of them are just to hang out, like they do on weverse. taehyung once came on vlive for a minute just to do impressions of pingu, his parents and sister LOL

guys you should check out "yoongi's number 1 fanboy kim taehyung" by arielle to see how tae is when yoongi's verses come on LOL biggest hype man ever. once he hears a whisper of a rapline verse he literally appears out of nowhere. the video where jhope is rapping yoongi's cypher verse and tae just pops up is one of my favourites lol it's in the video. also when they were rehearsing ddaeng and tae came out of nowhere and threw his shoe to the ceiling and it nearly hit him HAHAH

as much as i admire their general chemistry because they love each other like family i just LOVE their chemistry on stage like 17:07. if you see it from different angles yoongi allowing tae to just have his time to shine and the small interactions are just so engaging to watch. i feel like taehyung in general just makes the best of every moment on stage (like Lea Salonga said omg i love her). he adds so much to the atmospheres of the songs and his chemistry with every member is so fun!! idk how the members don't fold under his interactions/eye contact (hehe except yoongi as he struggles with eye contact lol)

This was great , they all have so much talent. One last thing the comment about Jimin being a different person on stage , you are the only reactors I've seen, who has the same thought. I've been saying this a lot. When you see jimin on vlives or interviews he is sweet, a little shy , can be playful but put him on stage and another person shows up, his attitudes change his personality changes and if you didn't know this was jimin you would definitely think they are two different people. 16:50 one of the most precious thing about taehyung rapping ddaeng (besides the fact that he did yoongi's part who he said is the best rapper in the world to him; yoongi's number one fanboy fr) is if you watch the fancams you can see yoongi's proud dad smile and giving taehyung the stage. the love between them is the cutest. 20:21 also respectfully efra i'm going to have to disagree with you here lol bc even if their earlier music was more hip-hop based (which isn't interchangeable with rap) it wasn't like the vocal line was rapping in every song. also it doesn't matter what year it is, taehyung will bust out into rapline verses/songs whenever it comes on or whenever he feels like hahahhaa biggest rapline fan out there. there are literal 20 minute comps of taehyung just messing around with the cyphers alone. you can tell when he's messing around and when he's actually trying. 19:07 you should really check out more of their vlives where they're just hanging out!! there was a recent one with jungkook, tae, jin and hobi to talk about the upcoming concerts that was hilarious

18:54 waleska cracks me up because the amount of times she has given efra wrong info but with confidence hahaha it's cute. they were making carnations for parent's day. they don't really do album signing vlives though they had a segment for their japanese album composition where they signed some, and i remember tae posting a video on twitter of him signing albums while jamming to intentions by justin bieber lol. their vlives range from as you said arts and craft, though this was mainly to encourage army during the pandemic. mostly they're just to chill and hang out. they always have birthday vlives (yoongi just had one today!), album comeback vlives (those are my favourites it gets chaotic hahaha), and their own individual things they do like tae likes to recommend music, hobi's hope on the street etc. vlive and weverse really is such a huge part of their connection with their fans because it honestly feels like a family group chat lol. i recommend watching the recent one tae, jk, hobi and jin did like 3 days ago as they were talking about the concerts in las vegas and seoul!

20:19 ngl efra i had no idea what you were trying to say here i was as confused as waleska lol. yes their songs had more hip-hop influence, they still do now but that's not the same as rapping. rapping is a part of hip-hop (a culture), not the whole thing and they're literally primarily vocalists. of course they show amazing potential but there's no correlation between them being better rappers back then because their songs were more hip-hop influenced (different from being rap focused!). they only get better with time (which is amazing as the standard of work they set since debut was so high). maybe you worded something weirdly or it didn't come across right but i really didn't get your point hahaha

Realistically all idol rappers learn to sing, they wouldn’t have made it through the trainee process without knowing the basics. Plenty of trainees audition with multiple talents to up their chances to getting into companies. So if you look most idol rappers can sing decently. BTS also has so many adlibs and with the rappers creating demo’s and guides themselves I imagine the rap line sings a lot more and thus has some pretty great vocals. Plus Jhope was trained more extensively in the beginning in singing because his role was less concrete until he got his rap style down.
