@@zackrevolvex I own a bottle of Wood intense, and a tester of the original Raghba. The Raghba is leaning more towards the female side because of the rosé note. The Wood intense version Just smells cheap, not well belanced. The opening is too harsh, too chemical. Just spray more than twice and you understand what I mean.

The tobacco note is very strong in the beginning , then-- hint of cedarwood, vanilla, oud and sandalwood ,,mid low-- brown/ burnt sugar and bourbon , base --patchouli, dirt, smoked oakwood and after a couple of hours you get the vanilla bean scent ,,, really nice

Just now watching this. I have had my bottle for about six months. Was lighter in color and projection/longevity at first. Now, color is darker and it lasts way longer. I sprayed this 12 hours ago and I can still smell it. I wonder if they started mass producing it when it became popular rather than letting them sit on the shelf and macerate, and that’s why it is a different experience now.

Actually I think reformulations should be a topic addressed more strongly, precisely because it almost always means some deterioration of the performance or of the fragrance itself. Right now going through the process of returning a Mugler Cologne "Come Together" because I had ordered the original Mugler Cologne from Amazon (Germany), not the Come Together one. The vendor will accept the return but they insist it's the same fragrance as the original, just different bottle. I wish some of you reviewers, likely exposed to the originals, or still with them in your collections, or in any case likely with finely trained noses, would let us know your thoughts about any of these new releases which might likely be reformulations, possibly similar enough and of no concern, or probably dissapointing, less performing etc.

Ordered from Amazon a few weeks ago. I wouldn't say it's a safe introduction to M.E. fragrances nor is it a safe blind buy. I didn't know what to think of it at first but it's starting to grow on me. I find that the spray lasts longer than the bottle on paper but on skin it doesn't smell that great. Can't wait to try it in winter so we'll see how it performs then. For a sweeter less smokey blend I layer it with Shams Al Emarat Khususi = 🤯🙌

I don't get any vanilla in it. Just recived it like 5 minutes ago. Honestly, smells like any common incense used in Asian households. May be it smells exotic to Western noses and hence the hype.

Hi Ash! I have this one and it s stellar! Whenever I wear it, I get compliments! There are 2 sites in the UK that sell Lattafa stuff and they are really economical! I have a penchant for the Middle Eastern frags....they are such great value! I had been wearing it all day at work and the compliment came...totally unsolicited....when I was walking back to my car as I was giving a young lady a lift after work! So, as far as longevity is concerned, I cannot fault it! I bought it during the Autumn on 1019, so it is not an older version, I am sure

Ash, within my experience in having this similarity of vibe or under same category, perhaps you may try to review St. Dupont Royal Amber or St. Dupont Noble Wood and Kalemat by Arabian Oud. I think the composition of Royal Amber by St Dupont and Kalemat by Arabian Oud are more refined and would be great if you may share your thoughts and review about it.

Great video Ashton. I'm curious to hear your thoughts about Raghba Wood Intense. It's one I have and it focuses more on the woods, but it has a sweet, licorice vibe underneath it. Longevity is excellent, at least 8 hours or more. It's a shame Lattafa has reformulated Raghba, though.

In the UK, I have been able to get a (surprisingly-generous) 20ml 'wallet card' spray which was literally a few quid. Still comes in a lovely box, just like the one you showed for the full size, but the atomiser would slip in even a slim suit jacket pocket. Very woody, with a sugary vanilla and a twist of incense smoke. It does seem a little weak on me but I have so far only used it once as a couple of sprays on my wrist.

I bought the same thing and got dissapointed a bit. Then I got the same perfume directly from Lattafa in 30ml size from 2022 and I feel like it is the old scent, more concentrated and darker in color. Also the bottle is engraved with the brand name.

To me it smells EXACTLY like Bvlgari man in black but with a much better performance. Bvlgari MIB turns into a skin scent really fast but this one projects much better.

About the longevity, I heard the air affects the molecules after you lose a couple sprays it becomes different and more longlasting. I also noticed this with a few of my fragrances (Mancera for example). I see you have a full raghba bottle. It is 9 months ago you have done this video. How is the longevity right now?

Lattafa do some absolutely fantastic stuff. Najdia is great raghba wood intense great but to much and it gives you a headache.....Khas lil rijal black edition is also a beast

I got 10+ hours on this. My brother made a disgusted comment, (comment non the less) about my fragrance evening at i applied this in the morning. So I knew it was still going strong though I couldn't smell it on myself. It is very similar to 24 gold, but I find this to be sweeter and 24 gold to be a little bit dirtier. I prefer 24 gold.
