Personally I really like Quad Al Fursan by Lattafa. I really recommend checking it out if you like the smell of pineapple. You can usually find it below 20€ in the EU, I don't know about the US but I assume it will be below 20$.

Antonio Banderas Blue seduction is one of my favorite fragrances under 20 dollars. Fragrancenet currently has it for $16.19 and if u opt for the tester, it's even cheaper at $12.59. Amazing deal. I gave mine to my brother in law and bought myself a big ol' 6.8 oz for around 25 bux. It's an amazing smelling blue freshy that, get this, was rumored to once be the original pick for Dolce gabbana's light blue fragrance before they ultimately went with what they have now. Albeit, it does have similarities to the women's light blue by Dolce and gabanna but less feminine.
