Wow. This is what makes coffee so wonderful. The artistry is almost as compelling as the coffee itself.

Good video. I am a bartender but have to make allot of lattes and cappuccinos late at night for the restaurant. My pod lavazza machine has two steam wands; a manual wand that really cranks and is awesome for heating up syrups and blending bartender stuff and an automatic wand with a temperature probe that seems to be less rifled than the manual. So my question is this; do you foam differently for lattes and caps? The auto wand seems to make really frothy separated foam that wants to sit on top of the coffee while the manual wand I can pull earlier and get a more consistent foam; similar to the type you are pouring here. Should I stack cappuccinos and machiatos with this separated foam or is this just poor form?

perfect. but I have a question. How hot should espresso be ( celsuis degree )-?
@dritanalsela8 жыл бұрын
Hi Khalil, that actually depends on the beans and roast you have at hand.. never really a standard. Yet, setting the temperature of the machine somewhere between 92-95 degrees is fine.
