Could you do a Video on Antagonist Training? Specifically for forearms and shoulders? How often, how Long, which exercises etc. How to avoid forearm tendonitis..

@@LatticeTraining yes i have and i Tried some of them. But how often should I do them? Lets say i climb 2x per week and do max hangs 2x/week. Should I do extensor curls 2x/ week?

when you do the video on the moon board can you go over what to do if you can't do any movements. I can hang on some of the holds but that's about it. What should I focus on, just more climbing, pullups, finger strength, body tension, footwork? What are the different movement styles?

@@Lumi_nance Do not skip leg day. Hamstrings are extremely important on steep terrain and quads on slab.

Fine, but you want to think about occasionally disallowing them if you specifically want to work on certain movement styles.

Paul Davies have a good on one of the lower angle ones or an adjustable Kilterboard. Really good way of getting into it!
