Dear, if he has "non-citizen" passport, he is lazy Russian who did not bother do a simple procedure of naturalisation to become citizenship of Latvia. And offcourse, he has different rules for him in EU. Nothing to do with ethnicity though

@@MrsUnderwriter you are a sad person ..he was poor and Homeless since teenagerand never learned Latvian in school. You have to pay for the "nsturalization" for school and be able to learn. He is a bit behind/autistisk. Its not going easy for him here to learn Danish or English eather. Nsturalization really means you just can apply for the pasport avd just pay for it. Not go to school test and pay lots of fees in your own country! My mother got real nsturalization back in Poland avd so did they i onther contrys like Armenia do. Latvia regime does not understand the consept og nsturalization!

При благословенной Советской власти в Латвии производили лучшую в Восточной Европе радиоэлектронику и автомобили. А сейчас только шпроты. Ах, нет. И даже шпротов нет. Последний рыбзавод в Лиепае закрылся в 2019-ом году. Живут на подаяние от Германии, как попрошайки у церкви. Страна-банкрот
