To say someone is the best has to be based upon two reasons. One, you have seen ALL the drummers which exist. Two, there are no other drummers which exist. There was no drum solo here to excite me, let alone the world watching. I understand your euphoria nevertheless. I have been involved in this for more than 4 decades and can assure you that your drummer can still progress to higher places and also master more techniques. Observing and learning. Those techniques were not entirely present in his playing. He can certainly play. As for the best…That’s another concept.
