Thanks very much Ian, greatly appreciated.. yes, luckily I chose to drive on from a beach we visited and came across this place..fantastic history..I find it really interesting how all these castles are situated and have great surrounding buildings in their hamlets or villages.

Yes, I would day so..they usually come with their little hamlets.. I have filmed quite a few castles in my channel, which are surrounded by small villages or hamlets.. I find them fascinating and can really feel like going back in time 🥾
