Yet again, iv had another sleepless night with worrying about problems that are out of my control. I searched and searched YT to find some inner peace. Nothing worked, then 5 hours later i came across this video, and it made me realize " Laughter is the best medicine" and that's something i didn't do in a long time.. I found one of my favorite comedy clips and LOL while watched it. Thank you very much for all your words of wisdom. God bless you and yours.

Now I know why my smile and laughter has such impact on the people I meet through out the day. Because as I give out the energy flows back within me.
