You forgot to mention bengali one Bhuter Bhobisot (future of ghost)which was remake in hindi Gang of Ghost. Which was flop but in Bengali it was very much hit movie

Horror Comedy genre is very tricky, as I am someone who sometimes finds comedy in serious horror films and find seriousness in comedy films 😄 I don't think I have favorites, as in I don't like watching them over and over again but if I have to pick the ones I liked, it would be : 1. American Werewolf in London 2. The Cabin in the woods 3. Stree 4. Romancham 5. Bhul Bhulaiya I feel whether it's Hollywood or Bollywood most of the horror movies or horror comedies earlier had adult scenes because maybe the makers had less faith in their content so had to add those scense to pull more audiences. 'Scary Movie' franchise and even Ramsay Brother movies are a good example. I like horror movies which are based on true experiences or folklore. Hindi movies and even Korean cinema takes a lot of inspiration from Hollywood horror films. I wish we make more horror movies based on local folklores or culture like Stree, Shaitaan and Tummbad.
